As a Community Health Worker (CHW), you play a vital role in helping families grow great.

You are often the first and sometimes the only link a mom or child has to the clinic. Your support during the first 1000 days of a child’s life can make the biggest difference to the child’s future.

Grow Great Champions are CHWs who go the extra mile by:

  • Supporting new moms through breastfeeding guidance and maternal care
  • Educating families about nutrition, hygiene and preventing illness
  • Identifying children at risk of stunting or other health challenges early
  • Connecting families to the health system and social support services
  • Tracking progress to help every child achieve their full potential
